  • Kristi Littman is a certified sound healing practitioner and sound facilitation guide who’s curated intentional spaces for 7+ years, offering a space for renewal, reflection, and restoration. Her journey with sound began organically during a yoga retreat in Tulum, where she experienced her first sound bath, a moment that felt like coming home to something ancient and familiar. Later, during a sound journey in Portland, she received a wave of clarity that confirmed this was her path. Blending intuition, mindfulness, and artistry, Kristi now guides others back home to their breath, to their hearts, to their bodies, through sound. Her sessions invite presence, peace, and reconnection with the wisdom of the body and heart.

  • Sound healing is the ancient practice of using sound and vibration to bring the mind, body, and spirit into harmony. During a sound bath, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments are played to help your nervous system unwind and your energy realign.

Each tone and frequency moves through the body, supporting deep rest, stress release, and emotional balance. There’s nothing you need to “do”. There’s no movement involved. You get to arrive, lie down on your mat, close your eyes, and allow the sound to guide you inward.

It’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
